What to expect after your redemption Hotel Images by Loisir Hotel Naha
Terms & Conditions:
- All redemptions are subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
- Waitlist is not available for this experience.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- Members can make multiple redemptions.
- Each redemption is valid for the specific room type and specified number of guests. Additional paying guests will not be entertained.
- Airport taxes are applicable in addition to the required redemption mileage and paid for separately by the passenger via the Kris+ mobile application. Payment of airport taxes must be made by 4 June 2024.
- KrisFlyer reserves the right to cancel the redemption booking in the event the member fails to complete payment of the taxes.
- All seating arrangements onboard the aircraft and room requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-served and best-effort basis.
- Early check-in on 18 June 2024 is available at Loisir Hotel Naha. Guests may check-in at 12 noon.
- Check-out on 22 June 2024 is at 11am. Late check-out is not available. Guests may leave their luggage at the hotel concierge until the scheduled airport transfer pick-up at 4pm local time.
- Rooms will only be cleaned on the 1st and 3rd night in line with the hotel’s environmental protection policies. Room-cleaning services will not be provided on Day 2 and Day 4 of the stay. Towels and amenities for those nights will be provided the night before.
- This chartered flight is subject to regulatory approvals.
- In the event of flight cancellation by SIA due to governmental regulatory changes, the miles redeemed for the experience will be refunded into the relevant Participant’s KrisFlyer account with no additional fees charged.
- However, requests to change any booking details, or to transfer the redemption to other SIA flights will not be granted.
- By redeeming this experience, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
- All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this experience shall be final.
