From his flagship at the Dolder Grand, two Michelin-starred chef Heiko Nieder is truly at the top of his league. This experience promises a selection of his signature dishes to guests in Singapore. Although he cannot be here personally, he will appear in a very special way during the dinner and it will be an experience you will not forget.
No effort was spared to bring Heiko’s passion, inspiration and vision on a plate direct from the Dolder Grand to Singapore. To complement the menu, acclaimed sommelier Lisa Bader of the Dolder Grand has personally paired the wines with the menu.

Heiko’s iconic wagyu beef cheeks with BBQ sauce and his signature hake take centre stage as main course options. Whilst his take on Asian flavours blended with modern contemporary cuisine are on full display with the lobster green curry, the vegetable stock shows his diversity and years of development to make a simple yet refined vegetarian dish that is a symphony of flavours.

- Welcome drinks will be served between 6.30pm and 7.00pm. Dinner will be served from 7.00pm.
- After your redemption is successful, the restaurant will contact you at least five days in advance to confirm your table seating, main course choice and any special dietary requirements if applicable.
- Redemptions are for dinner only and does not include the wine pairing, which can be purchased with your Mastercard. Pairings are priced at S$145++ per pax.

Terms & Conditions:
-Redemption is on a first-come, first served basis.
-The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
-Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
-Members can redeem multiple tickets. 65,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
-All dates and times of bookings are fixed and cannot be changed or moved.
-In the event that dining in is not allowed by the government of Singapore at the time of the collaboration; if announced MORE THAN 3 weeks before the date of collaboration, this dining experience will be postponed. However, if announced LESS THAN 3 weeks before the date of collaboration, this dining experience will be converted to a takeaway dining experience and no refunds will be entertained in both scenarios.
-Please note that all restrictions applied by the government of Singapore will remain in place throughout the experience and the restaurant reserves the right to take appropriate action.
-As the chef will appear virtually, each table will be allocated a maximum of 3 minutes to chat with the chef and tables will be selected at random.
-Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the chef is able to meet & greet with every table, virtual appearances are subject to the chef’s overall’s availability and prevailing government regulations.
-Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the menu advertised the member agrees not to hold KrisFlyer or any of their representatives responsible for any menu changes due to the availability of ingredients. Every effort will be made to ensure ingredients substituted are of same or similar value.
-In case of no show on your chosen dinner date, the redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed as this redemption is only valid for your chosen dinner date.
-The venue is only reserved for guests who are dining with the Krisflyer Experiences on the specific dinner dates. Your redemption must match the number of guests for your party. Additional paying guests will not be entertained.
