Book an up-close wildlife experience curated exclusively for KrisFlyer members at Singapore Zoo, the Top 3 Zoos in the World as awarded by TripAdvisor.
Discover the unique personalities of the different animals, through this fun-filled 45-minutes experience. Some highlights of this session include an interactive Q&A session with the animal presenters as well as the opportunity to feed these animals their favourite food. Get your cameras ready for an exclusive photography session to capture these special moments.

- Each redemption is meant for 1 adult and 1 child (aged 3-12 years old).
- This experience does not include adult or child admission tickets to Singapore Zoo.
- Kindly purchase admission tickets HERE if you do not have a membership pass to Singapore Zoo.
- Please arrive at Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience, late arrivals may miss certain segments.
- A reminder email from Wildlife Reserves Singapore will be sent to you 3 working days before your experience.
Terms & Conditions:
-Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email from KrisFlyer will be sent to you upon successful redemption.
-Each redemption is for 1 adult and 1 child (aged between 3 – 12 years old). A child aged 2 and below will not be charged entry fees.
-The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
-Members can redeem multiple tickets. 9,800 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
-Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
-You will need to book a timeslot to enter Singapore Zoo. KrisFlyer members are encouraged to book an admission time slot to Singapore Zoo before 3.30pm.
-Redemption are not exchangeable for cash or kind.
-A minimum of 6 participants are required per session, otherwise the session will be cancelled, and miles refunded.
-Redemption date and time cannot be amended.
-In case of no show on your chosen date, the redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed as this redemption is only valid for your chosen date.
