at Hinchcliff House
The Experience:
Hinchcliff House offers guests four levels of dining and drinking experiences, set within a heritage wool store. The historic Hinchcliff House has been a part of Circular Quay since the late 1870s and was built and operated by wool broker Andrew Hinchcliff.
The journey begins in Lana, a playful and elevated Italian-Asian seasonal restaurant that focuses on sustainability and adapts to the season. Guests are then welcomed to Grana, the all-day energetic diner that houses a flour mill for all the house made bread and pasta. Down the staircase finds the Apollonia basement bar - the rambunctious "Sicillian bandit's drinking den" inspired by a little-known character in "The Godfather" novel by Mario Puzo.

- Matching wines to dinner and dessert by resident ‘Wine guy’ – Christian Blair.
- A choice of cocktail at an exclusive table in the basement bar ‘Apollonia’

- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- Members can redeem multiple tickets for additional attendees. 15,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Booking is available for 2 to 4 guests.
- Black out dates: 21 Nov - 27 Dec, 31 Dec, 1 Jan, 2 Jan, 9 Jan.
- Bookings in November and December 2022 are for Wednesdays only. Bookings in January 2023 are available Monday - Saturday.
