TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this KrisFlyer Experience, each participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website, SIA’s Privacy Policy and KrisFlyer terms and conditions (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms and Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

All collection, use and disclosure of each Participant’s personal data will be in accordance with SIA’s Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/).

By participating in this KrisFlyer Experience, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits including his/her and his/her nominated companion’s names, KrisFlyer membership numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact numbers may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by SIA for the purposes of administrating the KrisFlyer Experience.

Participants are advised to obtain independent legal advice at their own expense before participating in this KrisFlyer Experience. SIA will not be responsible for any consequences that any participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in an infringement of any law or regulation, by entering the Contest or the participant’s acceptance of any prize.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Singapore. Any claims or disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved amicably between SIA and the Participant, shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
