The "Taste of Nobu" Weekend Brunch provides diners with a host of Nobu staples and an exquisite Japanese-Peruvian dining experience. A semi-buffet brunch concept, catch Nobu chefs live in action preparing a counter selection of Nobu sushi rolls, sashimi, cold dishes and salads, alongside a a menu of à la minute signature hot dishes.

The Highlights
Counter selection highlights include the Yellowtail Jalapeño, Umami Chicken Wing and Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, and more.
