- You will receive an email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption.

Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles. Members must use a Mastercard® to pay for any other incremental items, merchandise, and value-added services.
- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 6,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Redemption confirmation does not infer a booking. Customers must contact Palacio De Memoria through hello@palaciodememoria.com or +63997 799 8187. Palacio De Memoria team will be the one to email and confirm the reservation. Subject to availability.
- Reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the desired date of visit.
- The Experience is redeemable from Tuesday to Saturday, 4-6 pm only. Mosphil opens at 6 pm. Experience will run for approximately 2-3 hours.
- One afternoon session for the guided tour may accommodate up to 20 participants.
- For any dietary requirements, members must contact Palacio de Memoria at hello@palaciodememoria.com or +63997 799 8187.
- Members can rebook if cancellation is effected at least 7 days from visit. Should the booked date conflict with an event, Palacio de Memoria will contact the member to coordinate rebooking.
- Members who do not arrive on the day of the reservation will render the experience fully redeemed.
- The 20% discount on the next purchase of a cocktail drink at Mosphil by RRR using Mastercard® is redeemable on the date of visit.
