- Redemptions are subjected to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Each redemption is for 2 persons. Kindly redeem the number of pairs according to your party size. 62,000 or 52,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption, depending on the package of choice.
- Members are required to confirm their reservation with reservations@tallship.com.sg before redeeming the experience with miles.
- Booking is confirmed only with Tallship’s email acknowledgement.
- Miles are strictly non-refundable.
- All redemptions must be utilised by 30 June 2027.
- In case of a no-show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Royal Albatross Reservations team will contact members one hour prior to the scheduled tour slot.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Kindly note that singlets and shorts are strictly not permitted. Shoes must be removed before boarding the Royal Albatross.
- Menu can be subjected to changes due to availability of ingredients from time to time.
- Royal Albatross is not halal-certified but all the meat items and ingredients are from halal sources. It is a no pork and no lard event venue.
- The Wine-Pairing package is strictly for persons aged 18 years old and above and have passed the legal drinking age.
- These packages are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
- All Experiences are subject to the Organiser’s standard ticketing terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and weather policies), as published on the Organiser’s website from time to time.
