The Experience
Sushi Sei brings Japan’s haute cuisine to Singapore in the form of Sushi Kaiseki. Helmed by Grand Master Kaiseki Chef Manabu Saitoh, a veteran with over 30 years of experience, the new restaurant offers an elegant space to enjoy a kaiseki meal combined with the best offerings of a Sushi-Ya.
At the heart of kaiseki dining is the Japanese principle of shun, or taking ingredients at the peak of the season. Dishes are prepared simply and presented elegantly to showcase the true flavour and beauty of each ingredient.
