The Experience

In a never-before collaboration, exclusively for KrisFlyer Experiences, Singaporean food writer and founder of Fatfuku, Annette Tan, joins hands with popular eatery The Coconut Club to present a four-course menu of dishes to be paired with the latter’s famed nasi lemak. Dishes include her signature Ayam Lemak Cili Hijau, Sambal Belimbing, Hamachi Collar Bakar, and Telur Tempra.

To kick off the heartwarming and nostalgic dinner, diners are first welcomed with a Lime Jelly Cocktail or Mocktail, inspired by fond memories of old-school lime jelly drinks at wet markets that Annette and The Coconut Club’s culinary director Daniel Sia fondly remember from childhood. To complete the meal, members are treated to Annette’s ethereal Coconut Cake, which is being made available to the dining public for the very first time.
