ALBATROSS HOP-ON HOP-OFF SPEEDBOAT ADVENTURE WITH LUNCH

Terms & Conditions:
- Redemptions are subjected to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Each redemption is only for ONE pax.
- Members may make multiple redemptions. 6,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Members are required to confirm their boat tour slot with reservations@tallship.com.sg before redeeming the experience with miles.
- Booking is confirmed only with Tallship’s email acknowledgement.
- Miles are strictly non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- -The Albatross Hop-On Hop-Off Speedboat Pass experience and Royal Albatross Tall Ship Café is intended to be a rain or shine event. Although it is unlikely that the Cruise will be cancelled due to inclement weather, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Cruise without any claim from the Purchaser or its Guests if the Company determines that it is unable to reschedule the Cruise. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the Albatross Speedboat Reservations team will contact members one hour prior to the scheduled tour slot.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Albatross Hop-On Hop-Off Speedboat is not recommended for people: over 130kg, with serious medical conditions, children under 4, the aged, or expectant mothers.
• Children under 8 years old must sit in the middle row between adults, wear the provided life jacket, and their parents must sign a waiver.
• Younger children are permitted however it is recommended that they are at least 4 years old. The parent/guardian will be required to sign a liability waiver and comply with certain safety requirements.
• Children between 8 and 12 years old are also recommended to sit in the middle row between adults and must be supervised by a responsible adult at a ratio of at least 1 adult to 2 children at all times.
• Operating hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with hourly sailings, 7 days a week.
• Sailing times and routes are subject to weather, sea conditions, and operational requirements.
• Guests may board the next available boat without prior reservation. Average waiting time is under 30 minutes.
• Life jackets (including child sizes), life rings, and flotation devices are provided onboard.
• Maximum capacity: up to 50 passengers per boat.
• All vessels are licensed as Singapore Passenger Harbour Craft (SP) under the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
• Operations continue in rainy weather. However, in the event of expected thunderstorms or unsafe conditions, the captain may suspend sailing until conditions improve.
• The ride is generally smooth; however, occasional bumps may occur due to vessel wakes and sea conditions.
• Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take appropriate medication prior to boarding.
Boats do not have toilet facilities. Guests are advised to use nearby restrooms before boarding.
• Guests may experience light splashes depending on seating and weather; complimentary raincoats are available upon request.
• Music and videos about local landmarks may be played during the cruise.
• Pets are not permitted onboard.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on all vessels.
• Suitable footwear must be worn at all times, such as trainers or flat shoes.
• This package is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
• The operator reserves the right to deny boarding and change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The operator is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property, or any injuries that occur during the experience.

• Tall Ship Café Lunch Voucher must be used same day as the Albatross Speedboat Pass.
• Tall Ship Café, aboard Royal Albatross is open Daily, 11 am to 3 pm (Last orders 2.30 pm).
• The opening hours may be subjected to change. Do refer to Tall Ship Café website for the most updated opening timings.
• Tall Ship Cafe is not halal-certified, but all the meat items and ingredients are sourced from halal sources. It is a strictly no pork and no lard event venue.
• The menu may be subjected to changes. Please see the full menu here.
• KrisFlyer Members may utilise their $25 Lunch Voucher F&B credits to purchase anything from Tall Ship Cafe.
  • If the members select items for more than $25, they will then need to top-up the balance with cash or a Mastercard debit card or credit card.
  • No refunds or change will be given for any payment of less than the voucher value of $25.
• KrisFlyer members’ $25 Lunch Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to offset merchandise/ product purchases/Royal Albatross Cruise experiences.
• KrisFlyer members who are also Mastercard holders can benefit from special offers and deals on board Royal Albatross Tall Ship Café – 20% off Royal Albatross Tall Ship Café food and drinks payable using a Mastercard credit or debit card.
• Royal Albatross is not liable for lost or stolen property, or any injuries that occur on the Tall Ship Café premises.

- All other Tall Ship Adventures, Royal Albatross Management, Albatross Hop-On Hop-Off Speedboat Pass and Tall Ship Café Terms and Conditions apply and can be changed at any time without prior notice.
