Explore the distinctive qualities of coffee that come from the three major coffee-growing regions in the world through side-by-side tastings in the cupping session and immediately reflect on them in the Brewmaster Circle as you learn to craft your own pour-over brew.
Cupping of the 3 Regions
Delight your palate in a guided cupping session featuring exquisite coffees from Latin America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Experience the distinct aromas, flavour notes, and textures that define each region’s unique profile. This sensory tasting offers a rare opportunity to explore how origin and terroir influence every cup – elevating your appreciation for the craft and complexity of specialty coffee.
Hand brew demonstration
Watch and learn from our trainer who will be demonstrating with the Clever Dripper. This device is great for beginner brewers. Participants will walk away with knowledge of the essential elements to an ideal brew that they can easily replicate at home.
Brewmaster Circle
Step into the role of the barista in this immersive hand brew experience. Guided by expert instructors, you’ll learn the finesse of crafting a perfect pour-over – from technique to timing. Feel the rhythm of the brew, explore the impact of grind, water, and flow, and savour the satisfaction of creating a cup that’s truly your own.
