The world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, Candlenut is helmed by Chef Malcolm Lee, who elevates his Straits-Chinese roots to new heights with inventive twists on traditional recipes passed on to him by his mother and grandmother. While taking a contemporary approach, Chef Malcolm preserves the essence and complexities of his culinary heritage.
Candlenut, located at Dempsey, is set in a block which once served as colonial barracks. The bright and spacious dining room is chic and fitted with modern Peranakan accents.

-The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
-Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
-Members can redeem multiple tickets. 28,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
-By participating in this KrisFlyer Experience, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits including his/her and his/her nominated companion’s names, KrisFlyer membership numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact numbers may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by SIA for the purposes of administrating the KrisFlyer Experience.
-Voucher is valid for a KrisFlyer Experience Ahmakase Menu for two persons only. Includes a welcome drink, four canapes items, soup, five signature dishes, a pre-dessert and a dessert of your choice.
-For any additional food, beverages or wine, payment must be made with a Mastercard credit card by the guest(s) at the restaurant directly. Voucher can only be redeemed at this participating restaurant.
-Voucher is valid for one time use and is non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
-Any special dietary requirement must be stated at the time of reservation so the restaurant can try to accommodate. The restaurant’s menu features dishes that are made with ingredients and spices that may not be suitable for customers with specific dietary requirements.
-If your party is bigger than the number of guests stated on your dining voucher(s), you may discuss with the restaurant directly regarding your menu preferences at the time of reservation.
-An original voucher, with unique serial number and authorised signature, is required for redemption.
-The restaurant reserves the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
