Step into the world of Cedric Grolet and discover the artistry behind his iconic creations. In this intimate hands-on experience, Executive Chef Aurelien Maily and Executive Sous Chef Antoine Llewelyn will unveil the delicate techniques behind the signature Vanilla Flower, before guiding you as you pipe your own creation. Savour your handiwork alongside Cedric Grolet treats and refreshing drinks and take home your very own Vanilla Flower cake and an exclusive Cedric Grolet apron.

The Highlights
Begin your experience with a welcome glass of Champagne, followed by a selection of Cedric Grolet mini madeleines and cookies, with free-flow iced tea, homemade juice, and still/sparkling water served throughout.
Enjoy an exclusive live demonstration by Executive Chef Aurelien Maily and Executive Sous Chef Antoine Llewelyn, before taking part in a 60-minute hands-on piping session to create the signature Vanilla Flower, with personalised guidance from the chefs.
At the end of the experience, savour your own creation and take home your specially prepared Vanilla Flower cake, together with an exclusive Cedric Grolet branded apron.
