The musical features iconic songs from the classic 1971 film, including “Pure Imagination,” “The Candy Man,” and “I’ve Got a Golden Ticket,” along with original music by Grammy® and Tony Award® winners Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman (Hairspray, Mary Poppins Returns).

Redemption Details:
- A confirmation email will be triggered immediately upon successfully redemption.
- You will receive a follow-up email within 4 weeks of your redemption to select your chosen dates and seats and generate your e-tickets.
- No further booking on MBS or Sistic website will be required

Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 18,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- The minimum quantity to redeem is for two (2) persons. Kindly redeem the number of tickets according to your party size.
- Real time seat availability is not available for viewing prior to redemption of this Experience.
- Each redemption is only valid for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on the above-mentioned dates and times.
- The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show by participants.
- This musical is recommended for ages 6 and above. No admission will be granted for children aged below 4. .
- Tickets are required for all patrons. There will be strictly no admission without a ticket. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Booster seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They are not included with the purchase of your ticket. Patrons are welcome to bring their own booster seat(s). Kindly note that booster seats provided by Marina Bay Sands are only for use within the event venue.

- No food or drinks are allowed in the venue unless bought or served as part of the event. All outside food and drink items not bought or served as part of the event will have to be consumed / discarded prior to entry.
- Photography, filming, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance. All DSLR / Cameras with interchangeable lens are strictly prohibited inside the event venue and will need to be stored in the Cloakroom.
