The Experience

Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl is an Omakase restaurant serving Modern European cuisine, built on French cooking techniques and contemporary plating. Guests can expect to receive a grid of the 28 best ingredients of the season, cross out ingredients that they would like to avoid, then pass the reigns of the night’s menu to Stephan and his team.

Having sharpened his culinary skills in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Steirereck (Vienna), Villa Joya (Portugal), The Fat Duck (UK), Alinea (Chicago), Chef Stephan settled in Singapore since 2008 and helmed some of Singapore’s best restaurants like Novus before Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan was born in 2015.

  • Due to safe distancing regulations, the restaurant will stagger the start time between 8.00pm and 8.30pm, you will be informed of your arrival time slot by the restaurant.
  • No reservation will be required. The restaurant will contact you at least ten days in advance to confirm your table seating and special dietary requirements if applicable.

-Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.

-The Dining Series experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.

-Miles redeemed are non-refundable.

Members can redeem multiple tickets. 40,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.

-Each redemption is only valid for two diners.

-The restaurant is only reserved for guests who are dining with the KrisFlyer Experiences on the specific dinner dates. Your redemption must match the number of guests for your party. Additional paying guests will not be entertained.

-Each redemption is only valid for specific dinner timing that you have selected at the time of redemption and for this special menu.

-Menu is for reference only and subject to change due to availability of the seasonal ingredients.

-For any additional food, beverages or wine, payment must be made with a Mastercard credit card by the guest(s) at the restaurant directly.

-Not valid for takeaway or deliveries.

-To ensure everyone’s safety, the restaurant may stagger the time of your arrival. This timing may differ slightly from your selection at the time of your redemption. The restaurant will be sure to give you sufficient time to enjoy your dinner.

-Table seating will only be available for parties of two or four persons per table. If you have redeemed for a bigger group, note that this is subject to availability due to space constraint. You are strongly recommended to contact the restaurant in advance to inform them.

-Please ensure your reservation is compliant with the latest government social distancing guidelines.

-Upon arrival, the restaurant will need your full name and the KrisFlyer membership number used to make the redemption, to match against the dinner reservation.

-No other discount codes or promotions can be used with this experience.

-In case of no show on your chosen dinner date, the redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed as this redemption is only valid for your chosen dinner date.
