Redemption Details:
- Members are to email hello@coded.social or WhatsApp +65 8770 5060 to request a preferred appointment slot prior to redemption. Members are encouraged to indicate 2–3 preferred dates and timings to facilitate scheduling.
- If the requested slot is available, a provisional booking confirmation will be issued by code.d.
- Members are required to redeem the experience via KrisFlyer Experiences and forward the confirmation email with the unique booking serial number to hello@coded.social within 24 hours of receiving the provisional booking to secure the appointment.
- Provisional bookings will be automatically released after 24 hours if no valid redemption is received.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon verification of the redemption by code.d.
- Members who wish to enjoy Mastercard privileges on the same day are encouraged to indicate this in advance, so that additional time may be allocated where required.
- Weekend slots are limited and highly sought after. Members are encouraged to plan and secure their preferred dates in advance.

- Redemptions are subjected to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 36,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is valid for one (1) participant only.
- Members are required to confirm on the date and time of the consultation with hello@coded.social before redeeming the experience with miles.
- Experiences must be redeemed on KrisFlyer Experiences by 30 November 2026, and bookings must be scheduled and completed by 31 December 2026.
- Booking is confirmed only with code.d’s email acknowledgement.
- Cancellations and no-shows will result in the experience being deemed as utilised. In the event a member is unable to attend, the experience may be transferred to a family member or friend. No refunds, rescheduling, or extensions will be provided.
- Participants are advised to refer to their booking confirmation email for preparation guidelines prior to the session for optimal experience.
- The experience is conducted strictly by appointment. Participants are required to arrive on time, and sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
- Any additional purchases or add-on services are to be paid directly to code.d. and via a Mastercard debit or credit card.
- code.d reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session arrangements where necessary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
