The Highlights
Ease into a leisurely Italian brunch experience that captures the joy of gathering, right here in the heart of Singapore.
Begin with comforting starters such as the Vellutata di Patate e Porri, a silky potato and leek soup finished with crispy fried shallots. The experience continues with a generous spread featuring a fresh salad bar, premium seafood on ice, artisanal affettati, and a revolving selection of Italian antipasti.
A standout highlight is the curated cheese trolley, showcasing house-infused cheeses that reflect both creativity and craftsmanship. Highlights include distinctive pairings such as Campari-infused cheese for a bittersweet depth, dark chocolate and chilli for a bold and playful contrast, and white chocolate with truffle for an indulgently rich finish. Each infusion is carefully developed over three to four days for lighter profiles, or up to two to three weeks for deeper, more complex flavours, resulting in a layered and memorable tasting experience.
To conclude, a dessert table presents a delightful array of sweet creations to round off the experience.

Redemption Details:
- Members are to email dining.singapore@fourseasons.com to check on the restaurant’s availability before redeeming.
- Members will then receive an automatic email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption. Please forward dining.singapore@fourseasons.com the confirmation email within 48 hours to secure your booking.

- Booking is confirmed only with Four Season Hotel Singapore’s email acknowledgement.
- Redemptions are strictly non-refundable and postponement to another date is only subjected to the restaurant’s agreement.
