Celebrate a special occasion or treat a wildlife enthusiast to an adventure to remember at Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise or River Wonders. Together with a personal guide, learn how the animals are cared for, discover their unique traits, and get the opportunity to interact and feed some of them.

Zoo Adventure Tour (up to 7 persons)
Hop on board your private buggy and let your guide bring you closer to wildlife, with intimate and up-close animal encounters along the way.

Go on a walking tour with your very own wildlife guide to learn all about the park’s feathered residents with this up-close and personal adventure.

River Discovery Tour (up to 8 persons)
Have a personal guide walk you through the giants of the watery world at Asia’s first and only River themed wildlife park! Enjoy priority access to the Once Upon a River presentation and get up-close and personal with the stars of our presentation.

- 30,000 KrisFlyer miles per tour
- Please email tours@mandai.com to check on the experience’s availability before redeeming. Mandai Wildlife Reserve will hold the booking for 48 hours, and members are to email the redemption confirmation voucher to the same email above upon successful redemption.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption. Please email tours@mandai.com with the confirmation email to secure your booking.
- At least one-week advance reservation is required.
- Experience is only confirmed upon Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s email acknowledgement.
- Please write in to krisflyer_team@singaporeair.com.sg for any enquiries relating to your redemption.
Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is subject to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first come, first served basis.
- The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 30,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Members are required to confirm on the date and tour availability with Mandai Wildlife Reserve first via email at tours@mandai.com before redeeming the experience with miles
- Mandai Wildlife Reserve will hold the booking for 48 hours and members are to email the redemption confirmation voucher to tours@mandai.com upon successful redemption to confirm your booking.
- Booking is confirmed only with Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s email acknowledgement.
- Each experience package does not include park admission. Members are to purchase park admission separately.
- Each tour can accommodate the following maximum capacities, including adult, child, and infant:
-Zoo Adventure Tour: maximum of 7 persons
-Bird Discovery Tour: maximum of 8 persons
-River Discovery Tour: maximum of 8 persons
- Minimum height requirement of 1.06m for the Amazon River Quest boat ride applies for the River Discovery Tour.
- Tours may be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions, animal health and/or safety concerns.
- Tours are 90-minutes’ duration and solely conducted in English.
- Each tour is available daily at the following timings:
-Zoo Adventure Tour: 9:30am – 11am; 1:30pm – 3pm; 3:30pm – 5pm
-Bird Discovery Tour: 10:30am – 12pm; 3:30pm – 5pm
-River Discovery Tour: 3:30pm – 5pm
