- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful redemption.
- Singapore-based members who have successfully redeemed the experience will be contacted within 2 weeks via their KrisFlyer-registered email address to provide their mailing address for ticket delivery.
- Members without a Singapore mailing address will be required to collect their ticket(s) from the SIA Service Centre at ION Orchard before the event.
