The Highlights
Start your lunch with the elegant Wagyu Tartare, followed by the vibrant Wagyu & Yasai Maki featuring shiso, finger lime, marinated egg yolk, and a touch of Kaluga caviar.
Savour the delicate Wagyu Hand Roll with uni and fresh greens, then delight in the melt-in-your-mouth Otoro Wagyu Nigiri, accented with wasabi, yuzu kosho, or a hint of sudachi and sea salt.
For a satisfying bite, enjoy the Wagyu Futomaki with Unagi, wrapped around braised burdock, white asparagus, mizuna, and shiitake mushrooms, followed by the colourful Wagyu Chirashi Sushi. Conclude with the Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries, a luxurious finale to a masterfully crafted Omakase journey.
