- Your redemption will be valid from 17 December 2021 to 16 June 2022 excluding eve of public holidays, public holidays, other special occasions including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Easter Weekend, Mother’s Day and other blackout dates determined by the participating partner. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be entertained.
- This tasting experience can be redeemed at this participating venue during the specified operating time on the partner’s description.
- Your redemption is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or miles in part or full and is valid for one time use only. Members can redeem multiple vouchers.
- This tasting experience is only valid for dine-in at this participating outlet. Not applicable for takeaway or delivery.
- Your redemption does not infer a reservation. For reservations, please contact +65 6877 8911/12 or dining-rsvp@fullertonhotels.com. Reservation must be made in advance and highlight the use of this redemption with its serial number as there are limited slots available every month. Confirmation of your reservation will be done on a first-come-first served basis and subject to availability.
- In case of late cancellation, postponement or no show, your tasting experience will be deemed as redeemed by this participating partner. Late cancellation or postponement is defined as 48 hours before time of your reservation.
- At the participating venue, you will be required to provide the last four digits of your KrisFlyer membership number in relations to this redemption. The participating partner reserves the right to reject any redemption for public health and safety reasons or confirmation email with the serial number that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable. In case of disputes, the participating partner’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
- Redemption is for one person and cannot be shared or used in conjunction with other promotions, privileges, loyalty programmes, privilege cards, promotional vouchers and discounts.
