Get into the Valentine’s Day spirit with this fun cocktail-making workshop where you’ll whip up 4 cosy and romantic drinks with a pro bartender.
Set at the tranquil Hopscotch Bar (Gardens by the Bay), mix, stir, and shake your way through a hands-on guided experience by Hopscotch’s in-house mixologist. Be introduced to the World of Cocktails and learn about the intricacies and secrets behind bartending to making your very own perfect cocktail.

The Highlights
With guidance from the resident mixologist at Hopscotch Bar, you will try your hand at crafting 4 bespoke cocktails from scratch, each chosen to highlight a different bartending technique: shaking, stirring, and building. These will not be your usual standard recipes either— expect a refreshed lineup with exciting new flavours and stories behind each drink.

Learn about how spirits, liqueurs, bitters and the other common ingredients come together to craft a perfectly delicious cocktail, and gain insight into some examples of creative cocktails, their conceptualisations and other obscure ingredients.
After the workshop, stay back and relax in Hopscotch Bar’s Gardens by the Bay outlet, as you enjoy a 3-course dinner, and take in the beautiful atmosphere.

The Details

- Day/Date: Saturday, 7 February 2026, 4pm onwards (kindly arrive 10 minutes prior for registration)
- The cocktail workshop will be approximately 1.5-2 hours.
- Dinner will commence from around 6pm.
- Seating for the Cocktail Workshop will be in tables of 10; dinner thereafter will be per party size redeemed

What to Expect:
- Create 4 exclusive cocktails: KrisFlyer Fizz, Corazon Sour, Siloso Spritz, and Gunpowder Old Fashioned
- Get hands-on with classic techniques like built-in, shaken, and stirred
- Learn about the World of Cocktails and its history, by resident mixologist Joel Newin
- Learn about each cocktail’s ingredients, and the tools and techniques of Bartending
- Sit through a short demonstration on more advance tools and equipment

Redemption Details:
- A confirmation email will be triggered immediately upon a successful redemption. Once received, your redemption has been confirmed and your spot has been secured.
- No further booking on Hopscotch Bar’s website will be required.
- Hopscotch Bar will reach out to you 1-2 days before the Event.
- If you and your friend(s) is/are redeeming this experience together but from separate KrisFlyer accounts, do email to KrisFlyer_Team@singaporeair.com.sg if you wish to be seated together for both the workshop and for dinner.
- The workshop will be seated in long tables of 10.
- The dinner will be seated as per one’s party size.
Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 17,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is for 1 person. Kindly redeem the number of pax according to your party size.
- Please take note that you will be seated with other members in a long-table format for the Workshop portion of this experience. This is to encourage interaction amongst members and to facilitate the ease of the workshop.
- For dinner after the workshop, you will be seated as per your party size redeemed. If you had redeemed this experience with friends but from separate KrisFlyer accounts, do email KrisFlyer_team@singaporeair.com.sg if you wish to be seated together.
- Each redemption is only valid for the Cocktail-making Workshop at Hopscotch Bar (Gardens by the Bay) on the selected date and time.
- The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show by participants.
- In the event a member is unable to attend the event, he or she may gift the experience to their family or friends. No refunds will be entertained.
- This experience is strictly for persons aged 18 years old and above and have passed the legal drinking age.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Kindly note that slippers, singlets and shorts are strictly not permitted.
- Food and drinks purchased from outside Hopscotch Bar cannot be consumed in the restaurant.
