The Highlight
During the masterclass, the chef will take you through recreating some of their favourite delicacies, including a tantalising fusion of textures and flavours in Chef George's Baklava Ice Cream Sandwich, the classic sponge squares coated in chocolate and dessicated coconut in Chef George's Australian Lamingtons, and Chef Matt's lusciously rich and creamy sweet Roasted White Chocolate Tart. All 3 dishes will be demonstrated without eggs, ensuring that everyone can savour these Australian favourites.
