The Highlights
Embark on an exclusive evening of fine wine and culinary discovery with a specially curated 7-course dinner paired with six exceptional wines from the acclaimed Jackson Family Wines portfolio. Guided by Master Sommelier Pierre-Marie Pattieu, this immersive dining experience takes guests on a journey across some of America’s most celebrated wine regions—from the elegant Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs of Oregon and Anderson Valley, to the iconic Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot of Napa Valley.
Thoughtfully paired with a menu inspired by bold and vibrant flavours, each course is designed to showcase the character, balance, and craftsmanship behind every wine. Throughout the evening, guests will gain deeper insights into the heritage and winemaking philosophies of renowned wineries including Freemark Abbey, Gran Moraine, Maggy Hawk, and Nielson Wines.
To complete the experience, each guest will receive a complimentary bottle of Nielson Pinot Noir (worth $66) to take home—a lasting reminder of an unforgettable evening of wine, pairing, and storytelling.

Redemption Details:
- A confirmation email will be triggered immediately upon a successful redemption. Once received, your redemption is confirmed and your spot has been secured.
- No further booking on PLU Singapore or Water and Wine’s website will be required.

- Each redemption is only valid for the Jackson Family Wines American Wine Dinner at PLU Thai Cuisine on the specified date and time.
- The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show by participants. In case of a no-show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- In the event a member is unable to attend the event, he or she may gift the experience to their family or friends. No refunds or postponement will be entertained.
