The ticket categories available for redemption are:
- CAT 1: 82,000 miles for a pair of tickets
- CAT 2: 74,000 miles for a pair of tickets
- CAT 4: 58,000 miles for a pair of tickets
- Tickets are available for redemption in pairs (2) or fours (4) for all seated categories.
- Members may redeem up to six (6) tickets across all seat categories via KrisFlyer Experiences.
- Tickets redeemed in separate transactions may not be seated together.
- Please note that each Ticketmaster account is eligible to purchase and/or redeem up to a total of six (6) tickets in each transaction, for each concert date.
- Please note that seat selection within the respective Seat Category will not be available for tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences. Best available seats will be automatically assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore.
- Miles redeemed are strictly non-refundable.
