The Experience
Enjoy a special night out with your loved one as you indulge in one of Singapore Airlines First Class meals on board your private cable car cabin in the sky. Start the experience with a nitro cocktail from Dusk Restaurant and Bar, paired with Singapore Airlines’ signature satay, as you soak up the enchanting view of Singapore’s evening skyline. Proceed to your private cable car cabin in time for sunset and enjoy the rest of the Singapore Airlines First Class dining experience in the sky.
On this evening, we will be serving the Kyo-Kaiseki Menu for two by Yoshihiro Murata, one of the world-renowned chefs from Singapore Airlines’ International Culinary Panel. Enjoy this exquisite menu served with the Singapore Airlines First Class sake and a bottle of red or white wine from specially selected Burgundy labels.
