Redemption Details:
- Members are to email info@lionbreweryco.com to check on the brewery’s availability before redeeming.
- Members will then receive an automatic email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption. Please forward info@lionbreweryco.com the confirmation email within 48 hours to secure your booking.

- Redemptions are subjected to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 8,500 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is only for 1 person. Kindly redeem the number of pax according to your party size.
- Advanced reservation is required; please quote “KrisFlyer Experiences” when inquiring for the brewery tour availability.
- Members are required to confirm on the date and time of the KrisFlyer-exclusive brewery tour experience with info@lionbreweryco.com before redeeming the experience with miles.
- Blackout dates apply, subject to Lion Brewery Co’s discretion.
- Booking is confirmed only with Lion Brewery Co.’s email acknowledgement.
- Redemptions are strictly non-refundable and postponement to another date is only subjected to the brewery’s agreement.
- In case of a no-show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- Food and drinks purchased from outside Lion Brewery Co. cannot be consumed in the brewery and its dining establishment.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Kindly note that slippers, singlets and shorts are strictly not permitted.
- Not valid for reservations made through third party online platforms.
- This brewery tour experience is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, vouchers, membership privileges or privileges/VIP cards unless otherwise stated.
