The Experience

Morsels, by award-winning Chef-Owner Petrina Loh, serves Asian fusion dishes created with the washoku food philosophy that encompasses the five flavours - sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami. Using ingredients that are well balanced and exciting to the palate, every component of each dish has a thoughtfulness towards holistic nutrition and peppered with Chef Petrina’s ingenious application of traditional Chinese herbs.

Morsels prides itself in its sustainability practices – with a zero-waste ethos, composting is an integral part of the restaurant’s practice, as is sourcing for sustainable produce and growing their own herbs and garnishes.
