Hosted by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the premium brunch unfolds across an abundant spread of Nobu’s most celebrated offerings, elevated by live culinary moments. Highlights include a Japanese A5 wagyu beef sukiyaki live station, an enhanced sushi and sashimi selection featuring premium cuts, and a dedicated tuna live station showcasing a toro trolley with freshly prepared nigiri and handrolls.
Adding to the occasion, guests will enjoy intimate, tableside meet-and-greet moments with Chef Nobu during the brunch.
