The Experience

Helmed by Executive Chef Hideki Maeda, protégé of celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa, experience creative Japanese-Peruvian cuisine at Nobu Singapore.

With ever-changing seasonal ingredients, the curated six-course Spring Omakase menu starts off with an invitation for diners to revel in delightful cold dish selections highlighting the catch of the day from the Sushi Bar.

The culinary journey continues with fresh flavours of a Japanese-style salad accompanied by a house-made dressing, and two courses of hot dishes, featuring a succulent lobster entrée and meat course.

Enjoy a 6-course Spring Omakase dinner menu exclusively curated for KrisFlyer Experiences, with the freshest seasonal produce.

Savour cold dishes methodically crafted by the experienced sushi chefs at the Sushi Bar led by Executive Sushi Chef Tim Otomo, and hot dishes featuring a succulent Pan-Fried Lobster in Nobu’s signature Spicy Cilantro Sauce. - Redemption is on a first come, first served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 48,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Food and drinks purchased from outside Four Seasons Hotel Singapore cannot be consumed in the restaurant.
- Corkage charges are applied at $100.00++ per 750 ml bottle of wine & champagne for unlisted wines, however, should the bottle be listed, it must be purchased from the hotel. No hard liquors and no Duty-Free alcohol bottles are allowed in the restaurant.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Covered shoes and long pants are required for gentlemen.
- Enjoy a 3-hour complimentary carpark when dining in Nobu Restaurant.
- Each redemption is valid for a dining experience for 2 people. Additional paying guests will not be entertained.
- Each redemption is only valid for the dining experience on the above-mentioned dates and times.
- In case of no show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
