Redemption Details:
- Member to register their interest and book their preferred date via https://form.jotform.com/heewei/ollakasewithkrisflyer. Only upon receiving a confirmation message should the redemption be done
- You will receive an automated confirmation email containing a Booking Serial Number from KrisFlyer Experiences after successful redemption.
- Please forward your booking serial number to hello@ollacoffee.com to confirm your reservation. Do note that your KrisFlyer Membership Number (last 4-digit) will also be required when confirming your reservation.

- Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 17,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is only for 1 pair of diners.
- A minimum of 2 diners per booking is required.
- Only two bookings each Saturday will be accepted.
- Advanced reservation is required; please check that your preferred date is available at https://form.jotform.com/heewei/ollakasewithkrisflyer before redeeming on KrisFlyer Experiences.
- Each redemption is valid for the OLLAKASE Experience on the selected date and time, inclusive of:

- 2 pairing desserts
- A 15% off return voucher valid at either Olla Clementi or Olla Woodleigh. Voucher will be valid for 3 months from date of issuance.
- The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show or late arrivals by participants.
