The Highlights
This VIP Experience is available for miles redemption only on the KrisFlyer Experiences website from now until 8 February 2026, and will include the following:
- Exclusive Backstage Meet & Greet with OneRepublic
- Exclusive Group Photo-taking Session with OneRepublic
- An Autographed Poster
- Take-home Goodie Bag with OneRepublic Merchandise
Each member can redeem for a maximum of two (2) VIP Experience tickets and must be part of the concert and VIP Experience.
Members who have successfully redeemed the experience will receive an email from KrisFlyer no later than a week before the concert, with details on the time and venue of the VIP experience.
Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your redemption is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with the stated KrisFlyer miles deducted from your account.
- Redemption will close on 8 February 2026, unless it is fully redeemed earlier.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Redemptions for the Exclusive VIP Experience is only open to members who have redeemed for a OneRepublic ticket via miles redemption on KrisFlyer Experiences.
- Members who have purchased their tickets via the Mastercard Cash Presale on Ticketmaster will not be eligible to redeem for this VIP Experience.
- Each member can redeem for a maximum of two (2) tickets for the KrisFlyer-exclusive VIP Experience.
- Members who redeem the VIP Experience can redeem for family and/or friends, as long as the member who had redeemed the experience is part of the VIP Experience party.
- Members who have successfully redeemed the experience will receive an email from KrisFlyer no later than a week before the concert, with details on the time and venue of the VIP experience.
- Resale of the VIP Experience is strictly prohibited. Guests found to be holding resold or unauthorised tickets may be refused admission and will not be able to attend this VIP Experience, in which case no refund or compensation will be provided.
- Verification of member’s KrisFlyer membership account (via the SingaporeAir mobile app) against the Ticketmaster account will be done prior to accessing the VIP Experience.
- Refunds or ticket changes are not allowed after successful miles redemption.
- The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show by participants.
- Admission to this event is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and venue operator. Failure to comply with any promoter or venue terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or request to leave the venue without any refund.
- By redeeming this Experience, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this experience in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy.
- Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions apply.
- Tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences that are found to be in breach of Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions and subsequently deemed invalid by the Promotor/Ticketing Agent are not eligible for refunds.
