- 45,000 KrisFlyer miles per group of five (5)
- Please email xp.res@mandai.com to check on the experience’s availability before redeeming. Singapore Zoo will hold the booking for 48hrs. and members are to email the redemption confirmation voucher to the same email above upon successful redemption.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption. Please email Singapore Zoo with the confirmation email to secure your booking.
- Experience is only confirmed upon Singapore Zoo’s email acknowledgement.

Terms & Conditions:
- Redemption is subject to availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
- The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 45,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Members are advised to confirm on the date availability with Singapore Zoo via email at xp.res@mandai.com before redeeming the experience.
- Singapore Zoo will hold the booking for 48 hours and members are to email the redemption confirmation voucher to xp.res@mandai.com upon successful redemption to confirm your booking.
- Booking is confirmed only with Singapore Zoo’s email acknowledgement.
- Each redemption is valid for up to 5 persons, with add-on options available at special fees and payable by Mastercard only.
- Add-on up to two (2) additional guests for the Experience at a fee of S$75 (subject to prevailing GST) per guest.
- Add-on 1 x Private Buggy Tour for up to five (5) additional guests for the Experience (i.e. 2 Private Buggy Tours in total for the Experience) at a fee of S$700 (subject to prevailing GST). This Add-on Private Buggy Tour must be carried out on the same booking date as the Experience.
- Pre-purchase a set of two (2) pieces of 6R Hardcopy photo at a special rate of S$36nett. Please inform at the time of Experience booking. Prevailing charges apply for onsite purchase.
- By participating in this KrisFlyer Experience, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits including his/her and his/her nominated companion’s names, KrisFlyer membership numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact numbers may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by SIA for the purposes of administrating the KrisFlyer Experience.
