Redemption Details:
- Member to enquire on restaurant’s availability via email to quenino@artyzenhotels.com or calling the restaurant at +65 98512147. Only upon restaurant’s confirmation that your preferred date is available should the redemption be done.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email containing a Booking Serial Number from KrisFlyer Experiences after successful redemption.
- Please forward your booking serial number to quenino@artyzenhotels.com to confirm your reservation. Do note that your KrisFlyer Membership Number (last 4-digit) will also be required when confirming your reservation.

- Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 40,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is only for 1 pair of diners.
- A minimum of 2 diners per booking is required.
- Only three bookings per day will be accepted.
- Advanced reservation is required; please quote “KrisFlyer Experiences” when inquiring for restaurant availability. This experience is not valid for reservations made through third-party online platforms.
- Each redemption is valid for the Quenino Dinner Experience on the selected date and time, inclusive of:
- Quenino Discovery Menu for two
- Two (2) pre-dinner cocktails per person at The Roof Garden OR two (2) post-dinner cocktails per person at NINE at CQ
- One (1) take-home gift of Quenino’s XO sauce per pair
- Booking is confirmed only with Artyzen Hotel’s email acknowledgement.
- A return dining voucher with 20% off food only at Quenino is applicable with a minimum spend of SGD 120 (before service charge and GST), where applicable. This offer is not valid on the eve of or on Public Holidays, or during special occasions, unless otherwise stated.
- The optional curated three-drink pairing at SGD 40 per person is available exclusively to Mastercard cardholders and is not available to the public.
- Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
