The Experience
One of Singapore’s most imaginative chefs, Willin Low is Singapore’s godfather of Mod-Sin (Modern Singaporean) cuisine. Having re-invented Singapore’s traditional food culture since opening Wild Rocket in 2005, Willin’s is known for taking apart traditional dishes, changing their form, but keeping the spirit and essence of Singapore hawker food.
Roketto Izakaya is a union of Wild Rocket Group’s Mod-Sin DNA, plus Willin’s love for Japanese and Thai flavours. A casual spot serving small plates of Asian flavours, enhance your experience with the list of artisanal Sake brews from different regions in Japan.
