- Reservations are required. Members are to check The Rose Veranda’s reservation link to ensure there is availability before making the redemption.
- Upon successful redemption, member will receive an automatic email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences. Please enter this serial number under “Anything else we should know?” section when completing your reservation on The Rose Veranda's reservation link.

- Members can make multiple redemptions. 6,500 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
