Terms & Conditions:
-Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
-The online experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
-Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
-Members can make multiple redemptions. 16,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Members will have to create or log on to an existing SISTIC account to watch the concert.
- The purpose of this SISTIC account is purely for the purposes of this concert.
- Delivery of the bundle can only be to addresses in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
-Delivery of the bundle will be fulfilled in two phases:
-1. The Finale Passport, Interactive Luminous Wristband and a set of Sanctuary Waterproof Luggage Sticker will be delivered to members by 6 June 2021.
-2. The Exclusive KrisFlyer Experiences Sanctuary Thermal Flask will be delivered to members after 6 June 2021.
