The Experience
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city when you step through the threshold at Willow, a one-star fine-dining Michelin-starred restaurant. Helmed by former Zen sous chef Nicolas Tam (also from Esora and Joël Robuchon), Willow serves contemporary pan-Asian cuisine that honours the provenance and seasonality of Japanese produce. Tam’s cooking approach is simple, with minimal intervention to fully allow diners to savour each ingredient’s natural flavour.
Partake in Willow’s contemporary Asian menus, crafted daily based on the season’s best and Chef Nicolas Tam’s sustainable approach to the utilisation of each ingredient. - Members can make multiple redemptions. 58,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is for 2 persons. Kindly redeem the number of pairs according to your party size.
- Each redemption is only valid for the dining experience on the above-mentioned date and time.

- In case of no show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- Food and drinks purchased from outside Willow cannot be consumed in the restaurant.
- All additional costs incurred must be paid with a Mastercard® credit card.
- Corkage charges will be waived if members purchase a bottle at the restaurant as well. Payable only using a Mastercard.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Kindly note that slippers, singlets and shorts are strictly not permitted.
- Menu can be subjected to changes due to availability of ingredients from time to time.
