The Experience
This summer, The Italian Job Afternoon Tea at One-Ninety Bar is presented as a collaborative celebration of Italian gastronomy, bringing together the culinary vision of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
Anchoring the experience is guest Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini, whose contemporary approach to Italian pastry sets the creative direction for this elegant afternoon showcase. The experience is further elevated by Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s resident Executive Chef Patrick Benedetti and Chef de Cuisine Valerio Pierantonelli, as the afternoon tea reflects their shared passion for regional Italian flavours, time-honoured traditions, and contemporary finesse.
Set within the lush, light-filled surrounds of One-Ninety Bar, guests are invited to savour a thoughtfully crafted selection of savoury and sweet bites paired with a choice of coffee or tea.

Elevating the experience further is a curated selection of Italian-inspired cocktails, from light, effervescent aperitivo-style pours to richer, aromatic blends inspired by classic Italian flavours, perfect for those seeking a spirited accompaniment to their afternoon indulgence.

Redemption Details:
- Members are to email dining.singapore@fourseasons.com to check on the restaurant’s availability before redeeming.
- Members will then receive an automatic email confirmation with a serial number from KrisFlyer Experiences upon successful redemption. Please forward dining.singapore@fourseasons.com the confirmation email within 48 hours to secure your booking.

- Redemptions are subjected to slot availability at the point of reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members can make multiple redemptions. 9,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is only for 1 person. The minimum reservation size is 2 pax. . Kindly redeem the number of pax according to your party size.
- Advanced reservation is required; please quote “KrisFlyer Experiences” when inquiring for restaurant availability.
- Members are required to confirm on the date and time of the dining experience with dining.singapore@fourseasons.comor call +65 6831 7653 before redeeming the experience with miles.
- Promotion is valid only on Friday and Saturday, 2pm to 5pm from 1 June to 5 September 2026 unless otherwise stated.
- This dining experience is not valid on eve of Public Holidays in Singapore, Public Holidays in Singapore, on special occasions including but not limited to Mother's Day and Formula One, and other blackout dates up to Four Season’s discretion.
- Booking is confirmed only with Four Season’s email acknowledgement.
- Redemptions are strictly non-refundable and postponement to another date is only subjected to the restaurant’s agreement.
- In case of a no-show, redemption is deemed to be utilised. No alternative arrangement will be allowed.
- Food and drinks purchased from outside One Ninety Bar cannot be consumed in the restaurant.
- The dress code is Smart Casual. Kindly note that slippers, singlets and shorts are strictly not permitted.
- Not valid for reservations made through third party online platforms.
