Complete the steps to redeem your tickets before 30 January 2024, 11:59pm (SGT). Unredeemed tickets will be forfeited and KrisFlyer miles will not be refunded.
The e-tickets will only be available in your Ticketmaster account two weeks before the event date and will remain in the account until
the end of the show.

Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your redemption is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with the stated KrisFlyer miles deducted from your account.
This Experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
Each member may redeem up to 4 tickets. Tickets in each category must be redeemed in a single redemption.
Real time seat availability is not available for viewing prior to redemption of this Experience. Members who have successfully redeemed the experience will receive an email from KrisFlyer within 1 week of your redemption, containing their unique promo code for the generation of e-tickets on Ticketmaster.com.
Members must complete the steps by 30 January 2024, 11:59PM (SGT). Tickets that are not redeemed by the date will be forfeited and KrisFlyer miles will not be refunded.
Each Ticketmaster account is only eligible for a maximum of 4 tickets.
Members will be able to select their preferred seat category on Ticketmaster when you use your unique promo code to generate their e-tickets.
Seats will be automatically assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore in pairs, based on seat availability at the point of e-ticket generation. Members who redeemed 4 tickets may be seated separately in pairs.
The KrisFlyer miles redeemed for this Experience are strictly non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or no show by participants.

Tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences that are found to be in breach of Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions and subsequently deemed invalid by the Promotor/Ticketing Agent are not eligible for refunds.
Admission to this event is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and venue operator. Failure to comply with any promoter or venue terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or request to leave the venue without any refund.
By redeeming this Experience, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this experience in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy.
How do I redeem tickets to the experience?
Visit KrisFlyerExperiences.com and log in to your KrisFlyer account to make your redemption for Cat 1 (Standing) or Cat 2 tickets.
Click and enter the page of your preferred seating category.
Select your desired quantity of tickets (1 pair or 2 pairs) and confirm the date of the experience.
Click on ‘Redeem Now’ and confirm your redemption details.
Click on 'Redeem Now' again to make your redemption.
Your redemption is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with the stated KrisFlyer miles deducted from your account.
How will I receive my tickets after redemption?
1. Look out for an email from KrisFlyer within 2 weeks of your redemption containing the unique ticket code and link to generate your e-tickets on Ticketmaster.com.
2. Visit the link in the email and enter your unique ticket code. The unique ticket code may only be used once. Do not share this code.
CAT 1: Standing areas are not assigned and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
CAT 2: Select your preferred seat section to proceed. Seats will be automatically assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore in pairs, based on best available seats at the point of e-ticket generation. Members who redeemed 4 tickets may be seated separately in pairs.

Is there an option to redeem the experience in part miles and cash, or purchase the package in cash only?
No, the experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles only via KrisFlyerExperiences.com.
Can I combine KrisFlyer miles from multiple accounts for the redemption?
No, the redemption must be made in full using KrisFlyer miles from individual accounts.
Can I use PPS Club Gift vouchers or KrisPay miles to redeem the experience?
No, the experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles only.
Can I make a redemption for family/friends with my KrisFlyer miles?
Yes. To do so, ensure that the attendees are generating the e-tickets from their personal Ticketmaster account. The name of the Ticketmaster account holder will be indicated on the e-tickets, and the account holder must be present for entry into the concert venue. ID checks may be requested.
How will I know if the redemption I made was successful?
There will be an auto-triggered email sent to the email address registered to your KrisFlyer account after your redemption is completed successfully. You may also log in to your profile to view your latest account balance.

How can I select my seats for this experience?
You will be able to select the seat category but specific seats will not be available for selection. Seats will be automatically assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore in pairs, based on seat availability at the point of e-ticket generation. I made a redemption but I'm not able to go for the experience now. Can I cancel my redemption and receive a refund for my miles?
Redemptions are strictly non-refundable.
