- 20,000 KrisFlyer miles for 2 guests per night per room.
- Reservations must be made with at least three (3) days prior notice to Hotel Mulia after redemption via phone at +62 21 5747777 or email to reservation@hotelmulia.com with a copy of your confirmation email.
- KrisFlyer members are also entitled to an additional ten percent (10%) discount on food and beverage purchase at any hotel outlets (buffet only) with Mastercard credit card during the stay.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
3. KrisFlyer member can redeem for this Promotion as many times as wishes provided required miles for the redemption is available.
4. KrisFlyer member cannot top up for the redemption by purchasing KrisFlyer miles in any other way unless permitted by SIA.
5. Redemption is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from KrisFlyer Experiences. Redemption confirmation does not infer or guarantee the date of stay.
6. The KrisFlyer member will have to contact Hotel Mulia Jakarta after redemption via phone at +62 21 5747777 or email to reservation@hotelmulia.com, on the following terms and conditions:
- The KrisFlyer member must mention that the reservation is requested under “KrisFlyer Experience Program” during the phone call to Hotel Mulia Jakarta or in the email to reservation@hotelmulia.com.
- Reservations must be made with at least three (3) days’ prior notice to Hotel Mulia Jakarta; and
- Cancellation due to urgent matters must be made with at least one (1) day prior notice to Hotel Mulia Jakarta.
7. Upon checking in at Hotel Mulia Jakarta, the KrisFlyer member must provide Hotel Mulia Jakarta with the redemption serial number and the last four (4) digits of their KrisFlyer membership number for verification purpose.
