Each redemption is for 1 room for 2 pax and includes breakfast for two, a resort credit of IDR 500,000 (per room) with a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights stay* and complimentary internet access throughout your stay.

- Stay period: 14 March to 14 September 2022.
- 35,000 KrisFlyer miles for 2 guests per night per room.
- After redemption, please contact Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali at +62 361 3017777 or at reservation@themulia.com with your KrisFlyer Experiences confirmation email. Reservations must be made with Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali at least three (3) days in advance.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
3. Members can redeem multiple tickets. 35,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
4. KrisFlyer member cannot top up for the redemption by purchasing KrisFlyer miles in any other way unless permitted by SIA.
5. After successful redemption, members will receive a confirmation email. A Redemption confirmation does not infer a reservation or guarantee the date of stay.
6. KrisFlyer members will have to contact Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali after redemption via phone at +62 361 3017777 or email to reservation@themulia.com, on the following terms and conditions:
- The KrisFlyer member must mention that the reservation is requested under “KrisFlyer Experience Program” during the phone call to Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali or in the email to reservation@themulia.com.
- Reservations must be made with at least three (3) days’ prior notice to Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali; and
- Cancellation due to urgent matters must be made with at least one (1) day prior notice to Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali.
7. Upon checking in at Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali, KrisFlyer member must provide Mulia Resort Nusa Dua Bali with the redemption serial number and the last four (4) digits of their KrisFlyer membership number for verification purpose.
8. Late check out is until 3pm and subject to room availability.
9. Resort credit of IDR 500,000 is not applicable for In-room dining, mini bar items or with other F&B discounts and festivities.
10. By redeeming this Experience, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this experience in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy.
