Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
3. Members can redeem multiple redemptions. 60,000 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
4. The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
5. Additional paying guests will not be entertained.
6. Members will receive a confirmation email after successful redemption. A redemption confirmation does not infer a reservation or guarantee the date of stay.
7. The KrisFlyer member will have to contact Legian Hotel Management after redemption via phone at +62 361 730 622 / +62 811-3821-9457 or email reservation@lhm-hotels.com, on the following terms and conditions:
• The KrisFlyer member must mention that the reservation is requested under “KrisFlyer Experiences” during the phone call to The Legian Seminyak or in the email to reservation@lhm-hotels.com
• Reservations must be made with at least three (3) days’ prior notice to The Legian Seminyak; and
• Cancellation due to urgent matters must be made with at least one (1) day prior notice to The Legian Seminyak.
8. Upon checking in at The Legian Seminyak, KrisFlyer member must provide The Legian Seminyak with the redemption serial number and the last four (4) digits of their KrisFlyer membership number for verification purpose.
9. By redeeming this Experience, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this experience in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy.
