- 6,500 KrisFlyer miles per redemption, each redemption is for one cake.
- Members can choose to pick up or have it delivered.
- Redemption is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from KrisFlyer Experiences. Redemption confirmation does not infer or guarantee a delivery order. Delivery orders must be made 2 days in advance via WhatsApp at +628118889071 or +6281803125512.
- KrisFlyer members are also entitled to an additional fifteen percent (15%) discount off the normal price for a 2nd cake with MasterCard (one week validity from first redemption).

Terms & Conditions:
1. The experience can be redeemed as many times as required in full using KrisFlyer miles. Top up miles by purchasing KrisFlyer miles is not allowed in any other way unless permitted by SIA.
2. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
4. For any additional food and beverages, payment must be made to the restaurant directly.
5. KrisFlyer member will have to inform the redemption serial number and the last four (4) digits of KrisFlyer membership number to Union Jakarta when making the reservation.
6. Cancellation due to urgent matters must be made with at least one (1) day’s telephone notice to Union Jakarta.
7. Pick up is available at below locations. KrisFlyer member is required to follow the safety protocols in the restaurant.
