Terms and conditions:
- Redemptions are subject to room availability at the time of reservation and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members may make multiple redemptions. 29,000 will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests. Additional charges apply for the third guest, payable directly to Plataran Bromo.
- After completing the redemption, members are required to contact Plataran Puncak Reservation at +62 811 1210 3123 or via email at reservation.puncak@plataran.com to confirm their preferred stay dates.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from Plataran Bromo Reservation.
- Redemptions are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In the event of a no-show, the redemption will be deemed fully utilized and no refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
- Reservation amendments or postponements must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, long weekends, and peak holiday periods.
