    Terms and conditions:

    • Redemptions are subject to room availability at the time of reservation and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
    • Members may make multiple redemptions. 21,000 will be deducted for each redemption.
    • Each redemption is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests. Additional charges apply for the third guest, payable directly to Plataran Heritage Borobudur.
    • After completing the redemption, members are required to contact Plataran Puncak Reservation at +62 811 4251 5888 or via email at reservation.borobudur@plataran.com to confirm their preferred stay dates.
    • A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from Plataran Borobudur Reservation.
    • Redemptions are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • In the event of a no-show, the redemption will be deemed fully utilized and no refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
    • Reservation amendments or postponements must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    • Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, long weekends, and peak holiday periods.
