- Reservations are required. Members are to contact Plataran Ubud at +62 811 3993 431 or via email at reservation.ubud@plataran.com to confirm their preferred stay dates.
- Please quote ‘KrisFlyer Experience’ when inquiring for room availability.
- Once Plataran Ubud confirmed availability of the room, members may proceed to redeem their chosen experience.
- Once redeemed, an automated confirmation email, containing a unique serial number, will be triggered to the member's email address. Please forward this email to reservation.ubud@plataran.com within 48 hours to secure your booking.

Terms & Conditions:
- Redemptions are subject to room availability at the time of reservation and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- This experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
- Members may make multiple redemptions. 22,000 will be deducted for each redemption.
- Each redemption is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests. Additional charges apply for the third guest, payable directly to Plataran Ubud.
- After completing the redemption, members are required to contact Plataran Ubud Reservation at +62 811 3993 431 or via email at reservation.ubud@plataran.com to confirm their preferred stay dates.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from Plataran Ubud Reservation.
- Redemptions are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In the event of a no-show, the redemption will be deemed fully utilized and no refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
- Reservation amendments or postponements must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, long weekends, and peak holiday periods.
